I feel amazing! I just spent 12 hours traveling back n forth from Alaska to Hawaii for a performance and my skin was feeling parched and dirty. This was the perfect time to go see Parris and get a hydrafacial.
Right away my skin feels plump and juicy. I’m excited to see the glow come thru as the days go by. My skin feels very clean! Parris offered to show me what came out of my pores and it was like a cute lil snow globe. So satisfying.

Health Haven was recommended to me by my brow artist and I am so fortunate I took her tip! Kiara and Rowena are both super gentle and lovely to work with. For me it’s important that I feel comfortable with my clinicians and they have a gentle way about them that put me at ease instantly. I have received laser hair removal and a glo2 facial. I’ve had very great results with their Soprano laser — I have been able to eliminate tough ingrowns and I’m loving my results for a beach ready look any day of the week :)
She's such an awesome lady. Her and her mom are super sweet and my dog always comes out calm and sleepy and smelling hellah good. Update: Sherry's little barber shop has had to move to a hair salon that has a new name as well, right across from Safeway Waimalu. My husband still sees Sherry to meet his needs. Her services are still great, just a different atmosphere, more as a salon than a men's barbershop.

I completed a form online requesting an appointment and Dr Annie herself called me back within an hour I was so surprised! I got an appointment two days later and felt great and after my second appointment WOW!! I have been suffering with sciatic pain for years and going to massage and chiropractor but never felt so good after two sessions of acupuncture, cupping and gua sha!! Dr Annie and her staff are friendly and amazing!!!!

I wanted to change the water heater in my condo because we had a required water heater check. Mine was still functioning well, but I decided to change it because it was the original when I purchased the condo new, and I wanted to avoid a problem in the future. I researched different companies and was pleasantly surprised that many had very good Yelp ratings. I selected three with good ratings and called all three to get estimates. Aloha Aina was the second one I called, and the quoted price was $100 less than the first one I called. Aloha Aina quoted me a price but also said that if I get a lower quote, I should give them a return call, and they will see if they can match the quote. The third company did get back to me, but it took them so long that I decided not to go with them because they did not respond in an acceptable amount of time. So, I went with Aloha Aina because of its perfect five ratings. I am giving them a "5 rating" because they had the best price, a quick response, and everything went smoothly. This is something that I found extra special. I was waiting for a call on the day of the appointment because I had arranged with the condo management to reserve one of the elevators, and I needed to go down and meet the technician to use the elevator. I had a knock on the door, and the technician was standing outside the door with the new water heater, all the tools, and all the supplies. He came in efficiently, changed the water heater, answered my questions, took the old heater out, and was gone in a relatively short time. My experience with Aloha Aina was as good as it could be. I am glad to include a review that will keep Aloh Aina with perfect Yelp ratings.
Belfor is an awesome company. They care about the people they service. I followed my hair dresser Tiffany to this location. I love this new place! It's very modern and clean and newly renovated. There are 6 chairs inside all rented by different people which is awesome. EStyle also has two other suites along this strip mall for this business. It is located in Harbor Center in the first one story strip mall to the left after the guard shack. Tiffany has been doing my hair for the past two years and does an excellent job. She always does it right and I'm always happy with her work. If you're looking for someone new to do your hair, I would definelty recommend Tiffany and you can reach her on IG.
I am very impressed with Suzie's work on my eyeliner AND eyebrows. I went to her salon initially just to get a retouch of my permanent eyeliner that was done over 10 years ago. She is very knowledgeable and knows what works. She did wonders with my eyeliner, also adding a wing at the ends to enhance my eyes. I never realized it would make such a big difference! I love it! She also noticed that my eyebrows were done too "low" towards the inner ends by my nose area. Plus she said that it was too dark for my skin tone as well. My eyebrows were done 3 years ago during the pandemic, and I was wondering why I didn't get as many compliments as I expected at that time. Suzie looked at me and immediately said that my eyebrows made me look a bit angry or bothered. I asked her if she could "fix it" and she said "yes, I can". She was able to make the time for me to laser off the inner part of my eyebrows and tattooed over it with a lighter shade. This was my first appointment with Suzie, 2 services back-to-back at the same time. She said she was fortunate that she didn't schedule another client ahead of me so she was able to take her time. That was 2 months ago. I have gone for my retouches already on both my eyeliner and eyebrows and they are fully healed. They both look amazing! I have so many compliments from people and friends about them. I highly recommend Suzie for your permanent make-up needs. She is very professional and her salon is clean and immaculate!
This small store has the biggest heart! The lady who helped me today was so sweet. I have little experience with wigs. She took the time and care to show me different styles and teach me about hair care. I can’t thank her enough.
I called and was able to book a same day appointment to get my hair fixed. I had 16" cut off to donate to Wigs for Kids and came to see Jean to have my bulky haircut fixed. She took her time and worked on my thick hair to give me a nice sleek bob and it looks so much better!

I had an amazing experience at The Collective Barbershop! Sage Ulep was my barber, and I couldn't be more impressed. I showed him a short video for inspiration, and he nailed the haircut perfectly. Not only did he give me exactly what I was looking for, but he also had a training barber observing. It was clear that Sage really knows his craft. He explained each step with confidence and expertise, turning it into a great learning experience for the trainee and a reassuring one for me as a customer.
The atmosphere at the shop is chill and welcoming, and their social media game is on point—seriously hilarious content that adds a fun bonus to the overall experience. If you're looking for a sharp cut with great vibes, Sage and The Collective Barbershop are where it's at!

Today was my first time at Jenny's Barber & Hairstyling and I must say it was an excellent experience! Jenny cut my hair and I couldnt be more pleased with the cut and friendly service. She listened to my requests and provided me with friendly and attentive service. Ive lived here just a few months but compared to other shops Ive visited, this was the best overall experience, service, haircut, price and environment so far! I would suggest making an appointment as there were 4 people waiting for walkins as the shop is fairly busy. I had an appointment and was seen promptly. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family so if youre not happy with your current barber/salon, Id wholeheartedly recommend trying Jenny's Barber & Hairstyling out for your next cut! 5 stars all around
This was my first time coming here and I had such a great experience! I had Jennie Nguyen and Christa dye/cut my hair and they gave me the exact color I wanted! I’ve been to other salons before and they always have a hard time giving me the exact color I want, but this is the first time I left feeling super happy with how my hair turned out! They were also very nice and even offered me some snacks to eat. A bit more on the expensive side but I’d say its totally worth it! Will come back again ?

Self-care in Westridge, Aiea, Hawaii... Irene M. and I had planned to go to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, AND do a couple of errands together... we had some free time in-between these five things... So, a discussion about a pedicure surfaced. We both had been neglecting ourselves, so we searched our Yelp apps for a nearby salon. I saw that our friend, Deborah, had been to Mimi Nails Salon and had a good experience. Also, my friend, Victoria C. paid only $25 per her review of Mimi Nails Salon... while we paid $40. I looked later and saw that Victoria's review was written in 2016... LOL... 8 years ago! Shucks! Mimi Nails Salon happened to be right across the street from where we were having lunch. I called and asked if we could come "now". They said, "Yes"! Located on the ground level of Westridge Shopping Center, Mimi Nails Salon is clean, bright, and spacious. It was quite busy and full on a Thursday afternoon! Gosh... thank goodness for the free, shared parking lot! Well... we chose our nail color while we waited. Irene found 2 bottles of Autumn Leaves color. I told her I chose that one before - and let's do matching! Yay! Irene got started first, then Tiffany approached me and was my competent, efficient nail technician. Ahh! My feet feel and look better! Thank you! I needed that!

Out the shape is exactly what I wanted and it was done in a reasonable amount of time being that I’m pregnant and about to pop I can’t sit for too long comfortably my tech was great friendly and made conversation that wasn’t to personal it was just the pricing wasn’t made clear before starting the set and I showed the design when I sat down prior to any prep etc I’ve been to many salons and done 3D art and charms and I paid what I did for those sets for something I thought was a simple and minimal design as far as time, and technique needed to complete I don’t mind paying for great work would just like pricing to firm prior to starting the full set although I have the funds wasn’t expecting to spend 99$ on this minimal short set but she did a great job and I should’ve asked pricing if not given prior to starting the set !
Kamryn is the best! She is so professional, talented, and sweet. I have been to other brow/lip artists, and with her, I could undoubtedly tell a difference. When she worked on me, I could literally feel the precision. Not only that, but the custom color she created to redo my lip blush (done by another artist) is so beautiful! She used "high retention" pigment and left me with rich color with sharp edges, which was not my experience previously with an artist in town. The color she put on my lips healed the same. In the past, the color on my lips was put down, darkened a lot, and then healed as the final color I was looking for. So I had to walk around with a dark color on my lips that didn't suit me until they were healed. Her studio is located at the makai side of the highway across Aiea Shopping Center. There is plenty of parking. Bring a blanket or sweater and something to drink. That's what I did. I basically napped while she worked. I got up for a quick water/bathroom break in between. Otherwise, the experience was so relaxing that I could rest. I highly recommend Kamryn. She is top-tier!

While in search for this, I came across one of the Indulge's owners (Julie) TikTok and IG. From IG, I was taken to Indulge's website where I was able to book my appointment with one of their LMTs, Terry. She's been with Indulge since the beginning and I think that says a lot about the company, which actually seems more like family. Terry is phenomenal and wears multiple hats; she can even do your lashes! Don't wait until the last minute to book, though, she's in high demand, especially for her lymphatic massage. Terry took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, had warm hands (who doesn't love that during a massage?!), and made me feel relaxed almost instantly. Love her personality and glad I booked a bundle with her and can't wait for my next appointment. The spa is clean, nicely decorated--pampas and fringe pillows sure jeuje a place up, free parking (handicap accessible stalls and ramps as well), and outside the hectic activity downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī offer. There's a snack cart with a Keurig machine, too! Sometimes grabbing a bite to eat gets put on the back burner, so having a little something to nibble on is kind and thoughtful. If you need your hair did, visit their sister company, JV Salon, it's right across the way. Thank you, Indulge!

Alika is my barber and always does an excellent job. The vibe of the shop is welcoming and family-friendly. They tend to be busy, so it's best to book your appointment online in advance. I usually go for an undercut fade, and Alika never disappoints. Highly recommended.
The lady at the front desk was very sweet and patient. Matter of fact, all of the staff there is very nice. Beautiful ladies!!! I got a manicure with my mom and she surprisingly did it very quickly. And although she did it quickly, it didn’t worsen the quality of the nails at all. In honesty, it was utter perfection!! They are very friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. You’re able to just walk in with no appointments which was very convenient since me and my mom just suddenly decided to get our nails done. If you’re going to get a mani or pedi, i highly recommend this place. I really like the decoration here, and unlike other spa places, this place does NOT stench like chemicals at all, despite the nails and nail tech being close to entrance. So it didn’t make me light headed at all. Nail tech was so gentle, and when cutting my cuticles had very amazing precision, and didn’t cut me at all. My nails are so shiny and I looove it so much. Definitely recommend this place if you want speed AND quality.
Ive been frequently going to Trina's for the past 21 years or when I am back home in Hawaiʻi because its been in our neighborhood for quite sometime, same guy that is always behind the counter, and still looks the same like Iʻm 25 years old all over again...lol! I Usually go for my maincure and pedicures. Theyʻve always done fantastic job and if they make a mistake then, they will normally re-do. But, always had great service. Today, I re-visited since they had openings on a Saturday which before was really hard to get in on a weekend because it would be pack house in there. Today, I guess I was lucky and was able to get in. Still the same great service and reasonably priced.

Did my first ever Brazilian waxing with Kea. She's super sweet, professional and I felt comfortable the whole time! The waxing price is reasonable too. Amazing as always! It's 2023 and I've been seeing Jennie since 2017. At first I was only going to her for facials but since 2019 I've been going to her for my Brazilian wax every 4-6 weeks. She is super easy to schedule with and has great communication. As someone with social anxiety I do not like to make phone calls often so it's very nice that I can just text her whenever i want to schedule my next appointment. I am always so comfortable and at ease during my appointments because she is so easy to talk to about anything and everything. I appreciate how accommodating she is especially with my busy schedule. Thank you for all you do! If I could give Jennie 10 stars I would. If you're looking to do a facial and/or Brazilian wax I highly recommend her and only her! I have been loyal since 2017 and I don't ever plan on seeing anyone else as long as I live on Oahu.

Very nice and clean tattoo place. I got my third set of piercings from here. They do a very good job and letting you know what to expect when you pierce your ears at certain points and pain scale.

Got my first nose piercing here and the experience was wonderful. ? Chris did my piercing a few days ago and it was skillful, quick, and the pain was tolerable. Today, I noticed my nose swelled a bit around the piercing area, probably as a healing response, and the jewel began going into my skin. I called in today and they were able to see me right after work. Drea skillfully re-pierced my nose this time with a longer needle so now the jewel is above my skin. She was so kind and provided me with a mini brush to use to clean along with extra q-tips. The staff are warm and friendly! Do highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a piercing!

I received multiple quotes, one was from a company who was asking for close to $10,000!! They wanted to send three people ( between $1800 and $2400 per hour each) plus a price for every one of various tasks and then offered $1000 discount ?- what a joke!!

These guys are great. I called the yesterday because our office toilets were backing up. Dayton answered and said he will have someone out between 1-3pm THE SAME DAY (I called at 11am). Sure enough 1:30pm i receive a text from their tech Saying he’s on the way. When arrived he was quick and sharp. Was able to get our toilets woking properly.Would definitely recommend this company. The workmanship of Devin Gallano, Ayzek Silva and himself was top notch. They reinstalled my threshold and transition strips to perfection. Upon completion, they vacuumed the carpet to ensure it was clean and free of any debris. Their hard work and attention to detail will ensure that my home's carpet will be exceptional for decades to come. The initial anticipated timeline was that the work would take upwards to a full half day, although they completed it all in just about three hours time. Throughout the job, Mr. Kawaauhau presented options for us, as to the different considerations towards the installation and how it may affect the aesthetics of the finished product. If I ever need any further carpet or flooring installation work to be done, I'll hire them again.
20 Years ago - I was the manager of a Large commercial Kitchen in Kailua. This company put in the floor without delays like some Government contractors will dream up. Not 1 Tile was broken moving the equipment back into the kitchen. Most times there is a few broken tiles. The floor worked great and is still working great - had a Floor drain problem and Dug up the floor - Had the 2 cases of tiles and baseboard backup left for just this reason. Also had the plumbing company do another job they said "they don't male that tile anymore" I had the Box and bam I made them buy the tile (not something they had laying around) The floor worked great to this day. Earthquake October 2011? This floor held up. They used Good Adhesive not just plain old stuff. I just thought about this floor is why I am doing a rating. Oct. 2020

I was helping my son look for flooring for his townhouse he just purchased and was referred here by one of my coworkers. I'm glad I gave them a call and had them come out to give me an estimate. They were quick to come out to do an estimate and really worked with me to find the best pricing for what we wanted. Because my son wanted to move in quickly we selected a vinyl plank that was in stock and they had it scheduled for installation within a week. The installation itself was really quick! The installers were polite and seemed very professional. Glad I decided to go with them.

Fantastic people to work with and have used them since April 2021, after an unpleasant experience with another contractor, to March 2023. As my parents were in the way upper 80s, we needed to plan ahead and renovate to make the home elderly friendly. Grab bars everywhere, unobstructed walk-in showers, bathroom and bedroom doors wheelchair compliant and turn the family room into a downstairs bedroom. Maikai Cabinets helped us to keep the cost down and yet have quality materials, craftsmanship, and customer service. We're happy that the house is fully upgraded but sad we won't be working with Makai Cabinets for another 20-years to refresh the home. We wish you all the best and success and we will continue to recommend you to our family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful experience. We will be stopping by the showroom every now and then to checkout the new stuff.

We had State Termite and Past Control come out and spray when we purchased a new home. We were extremely happy with their service. A year and a half later we had them come out again. A few weeks after they sprayed we were still seeing more bugs than we thought we should be. They came back out again at no cost to us. They were extremely thorough, and we're very impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. We will definitely continue to use their service, and highly recommend them to others.

We have been using Structural Pest Control for over two decades. The owner and the employee are very accommodating. We have a contract with them yearly. An employee comes every three months to check on our Updated Sentricon Stations. Their information regarding Pest Control are very reliable. They are also very trustworthy.

Went to do a prep for my Upper Left bridge today. Dr. Wei and his assistant was so patient and kind. They made me feel so comfortable. This has been my second visit with Dr. and he has been Great! They took the time to go over what is being done, printing a statement showing the breakdown of what is being covered by my dental plan, and also working out a payment plan if not allowed to pay in full at the time. Thursday, 07/25/24 was my first day as a new patient that morning with Westridge location. Second I walked in, I was a bit anxious in the lobby not knowing what to expect after departing from Tokunaga Dentistry in Ewa Beach where I experienced the worst tooth extraction. Sadly I was with Tokunaga family own dental office for years since my 20s, but after my tooth extraction in June last month, I decided part ways.
This office made me feel at home and it’s very nice clean, presentable. The dental assistant was very kind and funny (I wish I remembered her name), she did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease, reassuring I was not in pain or felt any pain while she did her job as she is required to. Sarah, the hygienist was so warming so kind sweet soft spoken and the tools she used on me as her own, the water suctioned and her tiny tip rinser that cleansed my gums so freshly - loved it! All the 3 of the staffs who treated me was amazing and their techniques and how they prep in a great sanitary way as well, loved it! I never had such a great experience anywhere since I was a child patient with Aiea Pediatrics. I am thrilled with the decision I have made to becoming a patient with Hawaii family dental. I love this place! I look forward to returning for my grown August 8. Thank you for taking such great care of me Sarah!

Dr. Shaun has been fantastic. Identified my weak points and helped me strengthen them. He's is also skilled with his adjustments, never having to be forceful in his movements. Ive called several times for last minute appointments and his staff has always found a way to fit me in. Extremely satisfied with his practice and will continue to see him as long as he is operational.
Dr Behruz is so chill but incredibly knowledgeable. I started seeing him earlier this year I think when I was postpartum. My in-laws referred him. I had major back/spine pain between shoulder blades from breastfeeding and since then I have not had any pain. He also does a deep tissue massage each visit. My insurance also covers each visit which is helpful.

Today was my first time seeing a chiropractor. I met Anne at church, but i did not know about her profession. She is very knowledgeable and gentle at the same time. She asked if i was in pain with each move she made. She impressed me by pinpointing areas that were sore or tight before i could tell her. She even found some problems that i was not aware of! I need to go back several more times because my problems are not completely fixed, but i had to let people know she is AMAZING! I am praying that this will not backfire and make it difficult for me to get an appointment in the future.

Dr Kimura is magic. I came to Oahu with a bad right leg. I was a limper. I came from California having ignored the pain. I gave up and asked a friend for a recommendation. I ended up at Dr Kimura's office. After two sessions the pain and limp were gone. So happy and grateful to the doctor and Yvette who managed my appointments with care.

So, I was relieved to know I finally found someone who could help my husband and I. Christine called me back and was such a God Send for our situation. She is very HELPFUL, and I was able to pickup a face-down, massage chair rental for 10 days at a reasonable cost. When one is faced with this type of emergency eye surgery and given no direction from the doctor, you need people like Christine and AMS. THANK YOU, Christine!

We walked to much in Hawaii,then search a foot spa on internet. The receptionist is welcomed and introduced all services for us,we choose 90mins combo.This is totally amazing. Massage therapy is skilled,asked us the pressure and body area which we want to focus on,During the massage I felt asleep. After it I became brand new person.very good spa highly recommended!!!!
