Kealana is so professional and knowledgeable. As it was my first time getting a facial, she was always open to communication for my concerns. She continuously shared her knowledge during the appointment as well. It was such a relaxing experience for me. My skin was like glass and glowing. I already have my next appointment booked.

I haven't had a decent brazilian wax in a long time, but I was recommended to Ili Beauty by a friend a few months ago and my life has been forever changed. Kealana is so kind, patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable! I've had 2 brazilian waxes and jelly masks from her, and each time, she's made me feel comfortable throughout the process by talking through what she does and just easing my anxiety.
