20 Years ago - I was the manager of a Large commercial Kitchen in Kailua. This company put in the floor without delays like some Government contractors will dream up. Not 1 Tile was broken moving the equipment back into the kitchen. Most times there is a few broken tiles. The floor worked great and is still working great - had a Floor drain problem and Dug up the floor - Had the 2 cases of tiles and baseboard backup left for just this reason. Also had the plumbing company do another job they said "they don't male that tile anymore" I had the Box and bam I made them buy the tile (not something they had laying around) The floor worked great to this day.
