“Brad came out and completely did a spring service for us and was on time, super polite as always, and out in record time. His use of new technology made his visit so thorough and fast. Later that night we had an issue with the pump (not his issue) and he came out at 10:30 to fix the ac unit and make sure it was running smooth.

“Had a terrible experience with another company (ARS Rescue Rooter) who continued to no call no show for 3 days after they came to routine maintenance our furnace, and left us with a broken heating system. We finally called R&R Heating And Air and they gave us a window of 2-4pm. A technician showed up by 2:05 and fixed our issue within 15 minutes. He also stayed around for another 15 minutes to make sure there were no other issues after getting the system turned back on.
