Everyone Staff member gets to know by name and for that I’m grateful because I have had so many other doctors make me feel like I’m just a number on their list. I have other doctors rush me in and out and not asking questions or allowing me to explain or express my concerns about my health.

“I have been visiting the clinic for approximately 4 years. In general, they have treated me well and I have received treatment for my condition. As a community clinic, they ask you for documentation to qualify for the discount scale, and you have to go through the process. They ask you to do the studies. If you need a referral, they will do it for you anyway, the attention of the reception staff has improved, the doctor tries to listen to you but follows up with you, there are several doctors and sometimes it is a different doctor or practitioner, the assistants are very good, if you need a translation they support you Also, from my point of view, the pharmacy regularly has the medications and they are cheaper than in regular pharmacies!! There is also a dentist on the first floor and they treat you very well and the doctor is super friendly and explains your treatment to follow!! The only thing is that appointments take time, you have to call ahead of time to schedule the appointment, but if you have an emergency, they will assist you at another branch right there and you will solve the problem!!!“
