Horrible service at the dental office. The staff is rude, uncaring, and uninformed. Don’t go here for a dental emergency… This was how I felt about the entire front office and customer service staff… My faith was redeemed today by Nicola and the back office staff… Everything went great once in got in the back. I’m sure the front desk people encounter drama all day, but I am literally not the one. I’m a great consumer and Nicola, the singing dentist, the guy who checked me out and everyone in the back was phenomenally. They are the reason I’m changing my rating from a 1 to a 5…

Dr. Battle did an Amazing job on my extraction. It was so quick I didn’t realize she pulled both of my teeth. She number me up good. Such a God fearing woman. She came in the room with Praise Music on and my spirit was so calm! Thank You Dr. Battle & Southside Medical for doing a Great job on my extractions.

I had to write a review I came in the invent care at 6:15 and I have to give credit to Miss Sue . We really need more people in customer service like her .. she got me in and she stayed until 8:15 just to accommodate me.. I have to give her her props she is amazing..
