“I can tell you that this has been absolutely the best experience with any Doctors office in general the staff is amazingly helpful kind, attentive, knowledgeable and empathetic, Dr. Patel himself is genuinely in a field he loves. My first visit with him was welcoming he really heard what I said. Leading up to my Surgery Marjorie made my heart melt because of her dedication, kindness attention I mean I really have no words to truly to describe my experience with her, Exquisite. I never felt anything but confident when talking to her. After my surgery I received several phone calls from the doctor himself to check on me it made me cry because most doctors don’t even really speak with you after they have someone else explain what is going on or tell you to go to the hospital if something happens. Dr. Patel made sure he knew exactly what results I expected and he ensured me he would do his best to accommodate , also while making sure everything that was done would be the best for my health.I feel so confident that what he has done will truly be life changing because of his passion and dedication to his patients. “I came from out of town and needed to be checked because I fail after a dog chased me! Ms Re’nee checked my insurance and I learned I had travel insurance! When I saw the Nurse Practioner Felecia Warren, she suggested an injection in the hip! When I tell you I didn’t even feel the needle when she gave me the shot!!! When I tell you that this office was very professional; Vanna, thank you for being so gentle during my xrays!!! I am so grateful that I can spend the rest of my trip walking faster then when I came!!!“

“I became a client of Southern Cresent Medical during my car, accident, and my family and I have stayed with them ever since.I was so excited to know that I would be able to continue to come here for treatment, because they accept my Medicare insurance (I get 12 visits a year), and my son is able to come as well (he has diagnosed Special Needs). They are now in an even more beautiful facility, and I have been in love with their customer service, professionalism, and efficiency since day one. Dr Jay, Brandy, Jennifer, etc. are awesome and they treat us like family when we come in. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to be taken back the treatment, and I like that they have multiple modalities of treatment versus just give me an adjustment and rushing me out. Chiropractic treatment should be part of everyone's self-care, and this is the place where I come to get mine.“
