I called Rooter Plus about 6 pm and Taylor answered my call. She was excellent! Very helpful, professional and compassionate. They dispatched Renee to my home that night and he got the water back on so I could save some to get through until the next morning. He assessed my problem. Gave me options. Made all the calls and arrangements for my repair and was back at my door by 8:30 the next morning. By that evening my repairs were finished and my water was back on.
