The way Mr. Brooks arranged the water pipes is a masterpiece of copper plumbing. He is seriously talented. He is efficient, prompt, and in every detail demonstrates he values his work, work that celebrates integrity. I appreciate the excellence of his craftsmanship. Also, he is a straight shooter in communication. There is no comparison to other plumbers. None. He has high expectations for his own work and I don’t think there is a higher level than his. Brooks did exactly what they said they were going to do and showed up on time. I was quoted a price over the phone and was charged what was quoted. This is the second time I have used this company and will use them again if the need arises.

Excellent service. I had an issue with my relatively new electric water heater since I wasn't getting any hot water. Wayne came out and had the issue resolved within an hour. I originally sought out services from another larger corporate company and got the run around, so I appreciate Brooks Plumbing 's professional expertise.
