Hybrid Plumbing and Home Renovation has been our #1 partner for plumbing and home repairs for years and we LOVE working with Rachel and Brandon! Our water heater went out a couple years ago. We called Hybrid and they quickly replaced it for a fraction of the cost that others charged. Fast forward to January this year, our home was in absolute shambles. Just wanna give a shout out to Rachel, Brandon and crew. From the initial phone call, Rachel was very informative about all aspects of replacing our 20 year old hour water heater. Scheduled us really quickly, and showed up on time! Brandon and his helpers were polite, efficient, and informative about the operation of the new unit, as well as maintenance when/if needed. Price point was well within reason, and the customer service far exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
