“Dealing with multiple appliance damage is so very stressful and frustrating; we felt Home Depot just neglected their responsibilities. The Volunteer folks, Jerry and his son, were professional and took the time to assure me that even though they were on a warranty call, they will help me get a satisfactory resolution. He kept his phone on speaker so I could hear the conversation with Frigidaire. They came came when they said, they accepted my pictures through texting and called to confirm their appointment.
