He discovered our hot water heater was on it's last legs, patiently helped us through the process of finding a new hot water heater that we could afford, and then aided us in applying for and taking out a small loan to pay for it. When he removed our heater to replace it, he discovered our hot water heater had been compromised below the floor line and had damaged a good portion of our floor. Jeremy called a water remediator, encouraged us to call and make a claim with our home insurance carrier, and continued to answer our questions by text even today, the Sunday after he had finished his work with us.
