“I went to pick up a nosegay bouquet and boutonnière for prom and the place that ordered from gave me the most terrible looking, wilted flowers, plus the nasty customer service they gave was even more disgusting. I made a quick call to Frida’s Flower Shop to see if I could place a same day order and was assured that the flowers would be ready in plenty of time. So, I refused to pay for the other flowers and left them with the rude employees who gave them to me. An hour after stopping by Frida’s to choose colors, my order was ready and was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. My son’s prom date LOVED her flowers and his boutonnière matched perfectly. I’m so grateful for the quick turnaround and beautiful flowers from Frida’s. Thank you for saving prom day.“

I used m&h Decorating and Design for my wedding and we were blown out of the water. Rande had us come in for a sit down meeting and he was very thorough in making sure he understood our wants, transparent on pricing, and friendly! He took our ideas/vision and created beautiful arrangements that everyone loved. His communication leading up to the event was incredible as well. He always got back to me on every question/detail almost immediately and was all around so pleasant to work with. He provided the arrangements for our rehearsal dinner as well and re-used them the next day. They looked and smelled as fresh as ever. I cannot even use words to describe how easy it was to work with Rande and how much better he made our wedding experience! Such a kind person and his quality of work is out of this world!“

“I would like to share my fantastic experience with Flower Story:I looked up flower delivery options near the area that my wife works with aspirations of having flowers delivered to her job on Valentine's Day. I called Flower Story the Monday before Valentine's Day and was greeted by the optimistic owner who outlined the process of purchasing and setting up the delivery. I went through with the flawless process on their website, and later that evening, the owner personally called me from his cell phone to let me know that he had received the order.When Valentine's Day came, the flowers were delivered to the address that I had provided, but due to the building she works in being a duplex of offices that are unlabeled, it was delivered to the wrong side of the building. It was a simple and unintentional mistake, as the neighboring office had an employee with the same name as my wife and per my "special instructions", the flowers were left at the front desk of the office until the recipient was available to come grab them.I received the delivery confirmation email, but since my wife had not received the flowers, I called the cell phone of the owner at a fairly late hour to figure out what had happened. The owner answered and was very genuinely apologetic about the occurrence and told me to give him a call the next day to see if my wife was able to retrieve the flowers once that neighboring business had opened.The next day, the business explained that someone at the office had taken them home and there didn't seem to be much hope of getting them back. I called the owner of Flower Story to explain what had happened and he immediately exclaimed that he would remake the exact same flower arrangement free-of-charge and personally deliver it to my wife later that day. He did just that. He personally delivered the flowers, and kept me updated throughout the day via phone.All-in-all, I have never been more impressed with a business. My experience was nothing short of incredible.“
