I had only a vague idea of what I wanted, and Galina was very patient, showing me many examples of other floral arrangements she had done to give me an idea of what I might want. She also pulled out flower samples to help me decide. The final arrangement was fantastic -- just what I had wanted. This shop is something you don't see as much in the U.S. anymore -- where the shop owner takes time and works with you rather than trying to get your money and get you out of the door. I used m&h Decorating and Design for my wedding and we were blown out of the water. Rande had us come in for a sit down meeting and he was very thorough in making sure he understood our wants, transparent on pricing, and friendly! He took our ideas/vision and created beautiful arrangements that everyone loved. His communication leading up to the event was incredible as well. He always got back to me on every question/detail almost immediately and was all around so pleasant to work with. He provided the arrangements for our rehearsal dinner as well and re-used them the next day. They looked and smelled as fresh as ever. “I want to give Saba, owner of the Flower Shop a huge shout out for above and beyond customer service. I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday through DoorDash. The Dasher mixed up the 2 orders from The Flower Shop and my sister received someone else's order (far fewer balloons and flowers than I ordered for my sister) Doordash only gave me a $9.87 credit on the app (less than 10% of my order amount). I called Saba, and she called Doordash (on my behalf, since I could not contact Doordash anymore, as the issue was "resolved" on their end. Thanks to Saba, Doordash is paying for new delivery of the flowers and balloons I actually ordered. Kudos to Saba and the FlowerShop for extraordinary customer service!“
