“I went to pick up a nosegay bouquet and boutonnière for prom and the place that ordered from gave me the most terrible looking, wilted flowers, plus the nasty customer service they gave was even more disgusting. I made a quick call to Frida’s Flower Shop to see if I could place a same day order and was assured that the flowers would be ready in plenty of time. So, I refused to pay for the other flowers and left them with the rude employees who gave them to me. An hour after stopping by Frida’s to choose colors, my order was ready and was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. My son’s prom date LOVED her flowers and his boutonnière matched perfectly.
