“I am so happy right now, I have been without A/C for WEEKS now, and during a heat wave! My landlord has been sending incompetent people (from another company) over to literally do NOTHING with my unit, multiple times within the last 3 weeks. Not only did this other company do nothing when they came out, they weren’t very communicative with me. I am also on SSRIs, so I am very heat intolerant, and my son would wake up in sweat puddles. Well, today, Matt came out and fixed my unit in 15 MINUTES. This dude really knows what he’s doing, and he’s made my life sooo much easier. Thanks y’all! I’m so very appreciative!“
