“While I know luck as bad as ours may be hard to believe, we had all three of our HVAC units go out completely or come very close at the same time two months ago. It became apparent as soon as these guys arrived that we'd end up having them help us with it all. They were early for the appointment, extremely likable and professional, beat the competition's price handily and communicated well every step of the way. “Bryan gets 5 Stars , Sears home warranty services gets MINUS 5 stars. I was without AC 2 days shy of two months. Bryan was that diagnosed the problem correctly after two of the Sears technicians an one sub contractor. He kept me informed, when Sears couldn’t, he was here when he said he was going to be. Sears made four scheduled appointments, all no shows. He explained everything and got the job done. Thank You“
