“I called at 9:30pm and he was here in 25min to fix my A/C!!! Now that is service!!! He did a thorough check of the system, found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. If I have an issue in the future I’ll be calling Critical Care Heating and Air again!!!Service: A/C system repair“
“He deserves 10 Stars!! After hearing an outrageous quote for just a " builders grade" system, I called Mr. Williams. He was shocked at the price & brand. The 3 best American hvac systems were: Train, Lenox, & Rheem. Train stays near top becuz of their name. They buy foreign parts & quality has gone down horribly! It's just the name that still keeps them on list of best....Mr. Wiliams was the FIRST REAL SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN I'VE MET HERE!!! He is full of honesty, integrity, sticks to what he says, even if he has to eat any differences. He IS THE TOTAL SOUTHERN PACKAGE!! SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY, CHRISTIAN (not just on Sun!!) To put it plainly, HE'S A REAL MAN!!! Not easy to find in this, " all about 'me" world. He got me the coolest air filter!! I've been dealing w/massive sinus issues for last 2 yrs, gotten worse last 4 months... I live in the bathroom having "Saline water" party's all day!! We decided on best system, Rheem! For both gas heater & air cond. They installed yesterday, & Im already noticing a difference. My hubby, me, & our 2 Persians had been sneezing for the past year & ½!!I can't say enough good (Great!!) About Mr. Williams & HIS MEN!!! They are all Reeking of Integrity, Honesty, & Total Southern Hospitality!! He's a verry busy man, doesn't have to advertise because he's so stinkin "Good", word of mouth keeps him goin & goin & goin. His wife, & family are sooo lucky to have such a good man in their lives. I could talk forever about this Awesome businessman, because all businesses seem to be out to get all they can. Too bad. They could learn a lot from Mr. Greg Williams of Williams heating & cooling. 1st & foremost, how to treat people, & be fair! Our units are soo pretty! First 2 pics are our old system, next 2 are the new ones, the air cond. Has a flippin computer in it!The 4th pic has new air purifier on it at top (Reme Halo!!) that works on Ionization & 4 other things. I love it alll very much!“
“Call 2 repair Ac companies before them. They could not troubleshoot and found out the problem. But they came in with no issue and the bill was very reasonable“

“I highly recommend Robert. To say that I am incredibly impressed with his work is an understatement. Specifically, I am very happy with his professionalism, his explanation of what the issue was, his patience in answering all of my questions, and his communication with the warranty company. Even if you don't have a pressing issue like I did (ie. my furnace stopped working and he came out the next day), I would definitely recommend him to do your bi-annual maintenance service to keep your equipment in tip top shape. That is what I will be doing going forward. He has just gained a new customer!“
