“I highly recommend Pierre Refrigeration Services!!! *** came out on a Mon. to assess our 25+ yr. old commercial refrigerator's cooling problem. Because there was a lot of ice on the top of the refrigerator (inside), *** said we needed to turn it off and let it 'thaw out'. He said to call him when the ice had melted, and he would return. I called him Tues. afternoon and he (and his assistant ****) came out in less than 2 hours! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I am SOOOOOO glad that I called *** for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to ***'s knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! *** (and ****!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!! “My GE refrigerator was making strange noises and freezing my meat rack. I call this company late at night. Surprisingly, a human picked up right away. She was professional and precise. She explained the cost and set me up for a visit the next morning. A young men (Alex I believe) arrived within the promised window, defrosted the fridge, clean up the cols in the back, removed the faulty motor, cleaned it, said that the motor needed to be changed and told me the cost. I agreed. He put it all back in place. It was less noisy. So, he asked me whether I still wanted it to be replaced. I said yes. He ordered the part, came the next morning. Installed it.
