He clearly understood the problem with my Subzero refrig. and also recognized some other routine maintenance needed. He was fast and efficient and exceeded my expectations; did a fantastic job. Would definitely call him again for appliance service.“

“My GE refrigerator was making strange noises and freezing my meat rack. I call this company late at night. Surprisingly, a human picked up right away. She was professional and precise. She explained the cost and set me up for a visit the next morning. A young men (Alex I believe) arrived within the promised window, defrosted the fridge, clean up the cols in the back, removed the faulty motor, cleaned it, said that the motor needed to be changed and told me the cost. I agreed. He put it all back in place. It was less noisy. So, he asked me whether I still wanted it to be replaced. I said yes. He ordered the part, came the next morning. Installed it.
