I called this company about 9 am and Mike was at my home later the same day. The company gave me a time window of when Mike would arrive and Mike kept me continuously updated about his expected arrival--great communication. He clearly understood the problem with my Subzero refrig. and also recognized some other routine maintenance needed. He was fast and efficient and exceeded my expectations; did a fantastic job. Would definitely call him again for appliance service.

I definitely recommend this company. The customer service from the call receptionist to Alex the repair man it was a quick and painless experience. I tried to get Sears Appliance out before finding this company and I must say end up being a disappointment had an appointment and they tech never showed up and I didn't even get a call. Smh Glad there are local companies like this around that gave me a short window and came within that time with ready supplies to fix my dryer. Again Thank you Alex! For saving me from going into the New Year with dirty clothes?.

Customer for life!My appointment was booked efficiently, and Tony B identified the issue on site in five minutes. The part was ordered, he arrived on time to repair it, and our oven was working perfectly again in less than an hour. So skilled, and very pleasant to have in our home.Highly, highly recommend this company, and especially Tony : )
