Really enjoyed working with Estes. Got several quotes for our heat pump and had the most honest and professional experience with Collin. Didn’t try to upsell anything and gave an honest assessment of our dual-fuel system (electric heat pump, upstairs AC and upstairs gas furnace). Asked him a million questions and he was super helpful in answering all of them. Hector and Damey did the installation and were on time, friendly, and done in only a few hours.

I recently used Estes’ electric division to repair a few outlets in my kitchen, while the technician, Evan O’Belmito, was here for a specific job I inquired about my dishwasher tripping a breaker. Even went the extra mile to check the wiring in my dishwasher and checked my fuse box in the garage to make sure everything was in working order. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with how kind and professional he was. I needed to make repair vs replace decision about my 15 yr old furnace when it stopped working. The repair technician who came out (Tristan) took photos and video while he was inspecting my old furnace, which is under the house. It was not an expensive repair, but i also wanted to upgrade to media filter. Collin came out and gave me several options for replacement and ideas about how to set up unit that should save money over time and hopefully help new unit last a bit longer.
