I had a fantastic experience with Hot Water Solutions. The team was transparent, informative, efficient and quick. Darrin, the technician who installed our new hot water heater, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything, including the issues with our previous unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of hot water heater solutions. 10/10, would definitely recommend!
I went through 6 quotes to replace my hot water heater. When I spoke to Darrin before they gave me a quote I knew I had found the perfect match. The process was so easy and I felt so comfortable...I knew I was getting a top notched company. With the other quotes I got I felt I was in the dark about extra costs. Trey was the tech to come on site on 1/26/24. During the entire install I knew I was on good hands. Trey did a phenomenal job and in a very timely manner. Folks, if you need a hot water heater replace, look no further than Hot Water Solutions. You will NOT be disappointed!!
Darrin is an absolute blessing! I was in a horrible predicament, and although he wasn't one of the techs on duty, he made it out and fixed the issue in record time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind. I'm very grateful and in the future Hot Water Solutions will be my first call!
