The technician was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, as well as patiently answered all questions I had. I highly recommend him! Even though a minor repair was necessary, and the visit took longer than expected, there was no additional charge over what I was quoted prior to the visit. I was scheduled for a maintenance check of my Heating and air system. I appreciated the reminder about my appointment with a 30 minute window of arrival and the timeliness of arrival. Everything was explained to me regarding my system and things to look out for. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was told to call anytime if I had any further issues.
