I am going through family dilemmas and he remains to be a great support by checking in on me and just being a great support all around (mentally, physically, emotionally, and Spiritually). All the trainers and members treat each other like family. Even the youth that workout here are cool, respectful, encouraging, and give love. Corey sends daily motivational and inspirational texts to all members and provides meal plans. I love the sauna at the end of the workout there. The facility is always clean like a 6 star hotel. All trainers are educated and very experienced in their profession. They are passionate about what they do which makes the experience at 5 level worth every penny (which is affordable btw). I also love that they offer yoga sessions and other exercise options occasionally. You will experience nothing less than respect, rewards, passion, and compassion. Going to L5 really lifts my Spirits and getting a good workout is a cherry on the sundae!!! I highly recommend this place because it’s a life changing experience, which is priceless.
