I got back to exercising because I was not feeling strong any more. I needed to strengthen my muscles in my entire body. My workouts have made me feel more alive and ready to face every day knowing that I have a body that will allow me to do what I can and need to do each day.
I love that everything is just as explained. No surprises. I’ve been with them since they first came to ga and have changed home gyms many times. Any issues I’ve had are resolved by my next visit. Keep everything working guys. Good job.
I was really pumped about participating in the three fitness classes this afternoon during my lunch break. The instructor showed up late and the first class ran over 15 mins, the second class did not happen because the core and cardio ran over; It was disappointing. I did however get a challenging core and cardio workout.
