Gym amenities may feature functional training, state-of-the-art equipment, swimming pool, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, jacuzzi, yoga classes, zumba classes, aqua fit classes, cycling, and personal training. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and trainers will help anytime. People here are so very friendly and welcoming. This is my go to spot as a multi gym member. Ample free parking available in and around the facility.“

“This was my first time coming to The Wellness Spot and they truly live up to their name. Upon entering, we were greeted by the owner, Vivian, and made to feel "welcomed." She took us on a tour of his beautiful hidden gem and you could genuinely feel the warmth and spiritual wellness that embodied the spa. After speaking with Vivian, it was clear that this was not a "job" for her but a vision and clear desire to really focus on wellness from every aspect. I truly felt the heart and soul that has been poured into this spa and it spills over unto the staff. I had a massage done by Anton and again, the nice quietness and attention to detail were not missed here. I thoroughly had one of the best massage experiences ever! “I received a three days trial pass. The gym itself was nice. I'm taking off a star because upon arriving, I was questioned why don't you get an actual membership? This question was odd considering I had a trial pass. The whole point is to try out the gym. Also, no one offered to take me on a tour of the gym. Lost opportunity. Customer service is important to me.“
