You cannot go back in time physically and change your life situations but NSA work from Dr. Andrew has helped me help heal myself from past experiences. Such an amazing place with two chiropractors Dr. Wright and Dr. Andrew who help you achieve your best health. Shout out to Teresa at reception who always has such a warm and welcoming presence!“
“Turn 2 Massage has been a wonderful company to work with! We have brought this company in many times to provide massages to our staff and students at UTC. Michelle is very communicative and responsive. We always look forward to working with Turn 2 Massage and know that we can rely on them for great service!“
“Found this on Google and dropped in to the Saturday morning bootcamp. Shay (spelling?) had me working. I workout semi-regularly, but it’s an hour later and my abs and triceps are still burning.Great class, reasonable pricing, and will definitely be back!“

791 Wylie St SE, Atlanta“Angela has brought yoga to our virtual workplace team and it's been awesome! She does a great job with modifications and adjustments for all skill levels. It's been a unique way to build engagement with the team, while promoting health and wellness in the office. Highly recommend!“
“Stellar Yoga is simply the best. Every instructor I've had here has been extremely knowledgeable of yoga technique and genuinely cares about us students. I love the studio's welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. You will see all kinds of body types at Stellar, and as someone who is not naturally flexible or athletic, it's inspiring to see others that don't have the "model yogi" body type succeed in class.“
“I can not express enough how Sonya and her team took great care of me and my sister. Her recovery house absolutely beautiful. Sonya and her daughter were very knowledgeable of the procedures we were receiving. The post op massages omg….. My sister and I shared a room which included two queen beds and full bath very spacious. I will definitely recommend AlterEgo for your post opp care.“

26 Waddell St NE, Atlanta“I am loving this yoga studio and I am super grateful for how they incentivize you to keep up your practice. There is a wide variety of classes, the teachers are on point & the overall vibe is high. I say this because everyone is friendly, the students and teachers are diverse in every way which sends a message- all are welcome. I’m psyched the studio in my neck of the woods.“
“Atlanta Pranic Healing (ATLPranicHealingDOTcom) is phenomenal! I go as often I can to at least one of the three or more Twin Hearts meditations offered each week. They have two locations to meet the needs of people throughout metro ATL.The meditation is amazing! Each time I go, I leave feeling relaxed, grounded, re-energized, and inspired. I leave remembering the connection between all of humankind and nature, and it's wonderful to know we are all ONE, and by meditating together, we really can make a difference, not just in our own lives, but the lives of others everywhere on the planet. The Pranic Healing clinic is also fantastic, and is offered free of charge, after the Twin Hearts meditation. What an amazing service! Love donations are accepted. I always give, because the healing offered is done by competent, experienced Pranic Healers who address the needs of each individual before they begin. I am fairly new to energy healing, but it is truly working wonders in my life.Meditation and Pranic Healing are not associated with any religion. All are welcome. Since I started going, I feel as though I have really found "my tribe," but even if you don't feel the same, you will enjoy this positive, uplifting, healing and heart-opening experience! Namaste.“

All of this, along with the community surrounding it, has undoubtedly made my motherhood journey the beauty it is. If you’re in this season, look no further. This is your home.“

208 Pharr Rd NE, Atlanta“Pros: diverse students; nice location in the heart of Buckhead; cool towels after each session; free yoga mats available for use; easy sign up process.Cons: too much use of incense stick or whatever that is called (some instructors) ; yoga instructors do not practice with students; there’s no space to change clothes; limited class variations.“
“Amazing studio! I went for the first time and would definitely go back and get a package of classes. It’s super easy to sign up on their website and you check in on arrival. It’s a small studio so you can’t go in until your class time but there’s tons of nearby parking so you can wait in your car or outside if it’s pleasant. The instructor was great and helped with modifications as needed. All in all phenomenal experience“

857 Collier Rd NW #22, Atlanta“This is an excellent yoga studio with amazing yoga teachers. Every class is all levels, from beginner to experienced yogi. The teachers range from very good to simply excellent. I certainly have my favorite teachers but they are all very good. The location is good, too. At Collier and Howell Mill it is very convenient for me. Just two left turns off of I75. Also, there's plenty of parking.I'm coming back to a regular yoga practice after a couple of car wrecks. Yoga has strengthened my back and given me a wider range of motion. I've been left with a couple of chronic injuries. Doing yoga at Westside gives me the opportunity to rehab myself and stay mobile.I recommend Highland Yoga to anyone in the yoga community, whether you are brand new or have years of experience.“
“My whole family goes. My two girls migraines have decreased so much since we started. We have had a wonderful experience.“

2290 Ben Hill Rd, Atlanta“Dr. Henry has been super helpful for both me and my teenage son. She actively listens to our concerns and thoughtfully makes recommendations to fit our lifestyles. Most recently, I was suffering from allergies during pollen season. Dr. Henry asked questions and helped me to understand how to keep the parts of my body healthy so that I my body would be equipped to handle a heavy pollen season. Once I began taking the herbal supplements that she recommended, I immediately saw a difference! It’s been 3 weeks and I have not needed to take an OTC allergy medicine. Our family is super grateful for the genuine care that we receive from Dr. Henry!“

892 Jefferson St NW, Atlanta“This is a really amazing studio that I have been going to for about 2 years to learn Ashtanga Yoga. The class sizes are small which allow the teachers to really focus on the students and make sure you are learning the poses (asanas) correctly. There are classes available for all levels and with practice and dedication and the structured direction at Atlanta Yoga you will be able to learn this classical practice of yoga, which will bring more awareness to the natural rhythm of your body, and increase your flexibility and strength.“
“I dropped in for a class with David during a visit to Atlanta. I really appreciated and enjoyed the way he leads the class by talking through the transitions to each pose. It was very helpful for me as a beginner.“
“Absolutely amazing program. Very family oriented and helpful with everyone that participates in any kind of way.“
“I highly recommend Dr. Day and his services especially if you are type that’s hesitant about speaking up about your personal emotions. His professionalism and courtesy creates a comfortable atmosphere for you to open up without feeling being judge. I enjoyed his respectful input and guidance skills which I think anyone should experience when looking for counsel.“
