“The optometrist was knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. Too many workers act as though they are doing me a favor just answering a question! I am not going to pay anybody to be rude to me. Some workers will do it for free, but they will be rude to me only once! The staff was helpful In helping me pick out my lenses, frames, and other options that I wanted on the lenses. The orders came quickly, and the opticians were there to make sure that both pairs of glasses fit correctly. Very pleased with the store, the workers, and how quickly I received my glasses.“

“I had two wonderful experiences in this LensCrafters with Drs. Holcomb and Associates. I needed an updated prescription for contacts and glasses, or so I thought. Turns out, my eyes are very happy with their current glasses prescription (my contacts were a different strength). Zero complaints about the office staff and Doctors — everyone was kind and considerate and took the appropriate amount of time to get the small details as well.I had to bring my fussy toddler along for the visit both times I had an appointment. The staff were all kind and patient with me and seemed to understand! I was stressed, but no one else contributed to that feeling, just my 3 year old lol.The second visit is when I ordered my new prescription sunglasses. I’ve never had a pair of sunnies from LensCrafters before, nor a pair of prescriptions sunnies. I was very excited and wanted to buy the perfect pair. This trip took awhile because I was trying on ALL the glasses! My toddler was preoccupied with the kids’ glasses for a bit thankfully.LISETTE in the glasses section of LensCrafters went over and above to take excellent care of us. She was so incredibly patient with my toddler and I and I am so grateful for her! I had a difficult time choosing between two pairs of sunnies, but Lisette shared her wonderful opinions and I do believe we chose the best pair for my face, while under her care. Lisette is very stylish herself, we have that in common when it comes to glasses. With her help, I chose a stunning pair of Versace sunglasses to match my Versace prescription glasses I already own. Lisette entertained my toddler here and there which saved me a little bit of time to try on all those glasses too. A BIG thank you to everyone in the office for no eye rolls or huffing because of my kid, I really appreciate it.I have been a loyal LensCrafters customer since 2016 and will be returning to this location next year for my next round of glasses and contacts.My only advice is to book an earlier appointment because I can definitely see that shopping center getting very busy in the late afternoon. Luckily, my appointments were at 10:30am and noon, no issues there!“

The doctor was attentive providing me with multiple options and providing a great and non-rushed experience. “I've been seeing Dr. fierce annually for the past about ten years. He's very thorough with the eye examination and gladly answers any questions that i have. Makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process along with a great support staff from the front desk to the people that support him in the back rooms. I also get my glasses here. You may pay a little more money but you get great service. The prescription is always perfect even with progressives. Both Donna and Marisa are wonderful to deal with in the eye glasses area. It's a real one stop shop from exam to glasses with wonderful people to get you through the process.“
