Dr. Long is very personable and professional. He takes the time to talk to you and understand your history and what is going on. Dr. Long is also has a very good sense of humor and can break down complex medical terms to make them easily understandable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Met Dr. Fred Long on Friday & had a bit of an eye emergency.I absolutely loved how he explained, how he Assessed how he Diagnosed, and his Ultimate Prognosis.It was a pleasure meeting you.Todd B
I noticed there is no survey question regarding your wait time upon arrival. There's also not a stand alone question regarding your interaction or experience with the doctor. I don't feel that 'staff' is the same as the care from the provider. Dr. Long is amazing! I've been SEEING him for years. I totally recommend this office. However, just like many other places, customer service needs a little find tuning (not much, just a little).
