“Hammond Service came out repaired my electrical problem that I had with my hot water heater. I told them I also had a problem with the water heater smelling like a rotten egg and I had two different plumbing company to come out. The first company flush the water heaters out and said that would take care of the problem I paid them 341.00. Three weeks later the hot water had the same rotten egg smell, so I called a different plumbing company. The second plumbing company put new rods in flush the heaters and added bleach to the water tanks and I paid them 314.00. So, for a few weeks the water smell like bleach and then the rotten egg smell came back. This time I called them back and they said because I purchase own rods there is nothing they can do unless I wanted to purchase the rods from them, and they try to charge me 241.00 for doing nothing and I refused to pay so they charge me 150.00 a service fee for coming back out to check their work REALLY! As I explained it to the electrician, he said we do plumbing, as well and their plumber came out and they really fix the problem. I was finial able to take a fresh hot smell free shower. That's how you know all plumbing company are NOT the same, they are good, better, then best. I'm happy I had the best of both worlds the best electrician, and the BEST plumbers. I just want to say THANK YOU !!!!!“
