We wanted something a bit different--Tony made up a sample board to give us ideas prior to working directly on our porch area. They listened and made sure we were happy; they were timely, efficient and professional.“

“Awesome job!!!. Lloyd corrected my subfloor and installed hardwood floors in our family room, kitchen, pantry, 2 closets, and 2 hallways. He also installed tile backsplash in our kitchen. His price was very reasonable. I was able to get a much larger area done then expected. I am extremely happy with his work. I recommend him to all my family friends and co-workers. I don't know how to express how happy I am with his work. Well pleased.“

“Truck drivers, there will is a sign that says trucks back in only, but do not do that. You need to stay to the far left side (by the fence), as you make that right turn into the parking lot. You should be so close to the fence that your tires almost jump the curb and you can barely get out of your driver’s side door. Park and go to the front door, around the other side of the building. Check in there and someone will assist you with turning around to back into the portable ramp. You will not have a problem clearing the awning and making that turn with a sleeper bed as long as you get to very far left before turning. Very friendly people and they know exactly when to tell you to turn.“

He is willing to come back and repair, restore, reseal the flooring as needed for maintenance. His quote for the work was fair and equitable. His work was completed in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about wood flooring and completed the job in a honest manner with integrity.“
“Originally, I had left a not so great review because there was a bit of a delay getting my floors installed. I had expected it to be done on a specific day and it didn't look like it was going to get done. Since I work out of my house and rely on a stable environment to speak to my own clients...Needless to say, I was stressed and felt like I needed to voice that stress here.The installers had been communicating with me throughout the day about the delays. Which was great and I really appreciated that. Although I was seriously worried about the delays, they managed to get back to my house and install the two rooms I needed the most on that first day.The install may have gone over into the next day, but things happen and they worked to get my priority rooms done on that first day.These guys really are great and communicative. I appreciate that they heard out my concerns and got everything done. I'm coming back here to change my review especially because they made me feel so much better about everything after we both had a bit of an unexpected start to our week.“
