Installed flooring in my new office and I could not be more satisfied! I needed the floor replaced in a timely fashion during non-business hours and Merit got the job done as promised so we were back up and running the next business day. Highly recommended....

John Haddon demonstrated superior customer service during the entire flooring process. He articulated all features of our flooring needs but was not too aggressive in the process.
