“Ido and Paul with Hurricane Group, came to clean and sanitize the duct work in my house. It was a way bigger job than we all anticipated and it hadn't been done in many years. They worked tirelessly, carefully and efficiently as they had to move several pieces of large heavy furniture to find a couple of well hidden Vents. They even vacuumed behind my China cabinet which hadn't seen the light of day in 30 years. It turned out my Vent Covers, being very old, needed replacing and couldn't be put back straight away as they either need to be bleached for 24hrs or totally replaced. We decided to replace them which caused a little bit of a problem as that hadn't been our initial instruction to them. However, Jonathan the Owner was kind enough to work with us through the problem. Ido and Paul made an extra trip to get us all straight - They went and picked me up some new ones and everything is now shiny, sanitized and clean. We also chose to add UV Lights to the system to help kill germs and bacteria for the future. They also cleaned out my dryer vent that was probably a fire Hazzard, I can't remember when that was last done.!!! And just as important to me as a good job was their attitude - very polite, considerate and willing to go above and beyond!! I can't speak for the other crews at Hurricane because i haven't met them but if they are all as good as Ido and Paul under the Mgt of Jonathan you'll be very happy with their service.“

“Frank responded quickly to a call for help. After a leaking pipe left several areas of my laundry room and basement wet and damaged, Frank delivered several fans and inspected for mold. His infrared photos showed where the water was inside the walls. After 3 days, photos of the same spots showed that the area had been completely dried. I would not recommend getting a leak and needing remediation, but if you do - call Frank at Water Out!“

“I highly recommend Servpro. From the moment I called after discovering water coming into my kitchen the evening before hurricane Helene was due to arrive, they were true professionals. Arriving within the hour, they got rid of standing water, brought in fans and humidifier to dry out floor, ceiling, walls, identified source as leak in roof, covered that area with a tarp. They were not only professional and courteous, but also kind. The team that worked that evening came back once or twice but after that Juan and his coworker came almost daily to check the progress made on drying things out. They were equally prompt, courteous, and professional always making the effort to work around appointments I had scheduled prior to the water issue. When progress was not sufficient, they also got innovative and devised a way to direct air into the areas holding on to the water. “We had major water damage to a condo we own and were leasing out. Our insurance company initially suggested a company to come in to stabilize, clean up and remediate. It quickly became clear our project was beyond their capability - they were disorganized, difficult to keep in touch with, and nothing was being accomplished. We expressed that to our insurance company, and they suggested we consider Parker Young. Jordon Greene of Parker Young met us at the condo and did a thorough analysis of what was needed. It was comforting to see him take control and spend the time to organize a plan for proceeding, including helping us understand the magnitude of what was involved. The big challenge then became communicating all that in required detail to the insurance companies involved - we had a landlord policy and the HOA had a policy; part of the difficulty was having the insurance companies agree on who would pay for what. Jordon managed very well those communications, and then, once an understanding of who pays for what, including some upgrades we wanted to make and pay for ourselves as part of the overall project. Lots of discussions along the way with Jordon and others at Parker-Young to resolve all that and then get the work underway. Joe Trantham was the project coordinator on site, and he did great work in that role, including how to best accomplish, most effective, ways to redo some of the requirements. Desiree Davis was very helpful with input and coordination of interior enhancements. Our tenant had to move out early on as the property was uninhabitable, It took a year for all the approvals to be secured and then to order components and methodologically get the work done. In the end, the property was cleaned up, repaired, rehabilitated, and enhanced in such a professional and high quality manner that it looks terrific. We are very pleased with how well the project was managed and the work was done, and highly recommend Parker Young from this experience.“

“I wish I could give them 6/5 stars. I had two previous mold inspectors come out and leave telling me there was no mold in my apartment even though a urine test came back showing I have mold illness. This company is the first one that actually found the mold. They were SO thorough, looked in all of my vents and behind baseboards, and knew what clues to look for that aren’t obvious (like looking for rust as a sign of past water damage, not just obvious mold).

The owner is so knowledgeable and thorough. Seriously I cannot thank you guys enough.

Also, as a small 5’1” female, I felt completely safe being alone with him in my home. I know that’s something we always worry about as women and I would recommend this company to all of my female friends :)
