We highly recommend Duncan Heating and Air!! We called them a little over a month ago to come out and try to fix our nightmare we had been dealing with for 8 years and give us a quote to replace our entire unit along with all duct work and move the unit. From the 1st phone call and service call all the way through the entire installation of our new units they were a pleasure to work with. The 1st thing I noticed was the compassion from Kathy and Cole. We were freezing because our unit once again was not working. They came out the same day to try and get us some heat. This happened 2 more times where the day I called they had someone out there. The whole process was professional and done in a very timely manner. We love our new units!!!
