Our upstairs furnace stopped working and we called Elite Heating and Air. I spoke to Tim the owner and he came out to the house. He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running in about 20 minutes. We had Elite replace one of our A/C units last year and honestly won’t use anyone else. Great service!

Second time calling Tim for an issue. He returned my call personally and promptly. Then arrived and resolved our issue quickly and professionally. In the days where many things are questionable, it's great to know that I've found a company that I can call back for future issues and know I'm being talked to honestly and not being taken for a ride or paying for sevice that I don't think was worth it.
