Anthony was absolutely terrific! He responded promptly to my request to check out my AC.When he came out, he showed me the problem, explained the issue and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Anthony was very friendly and professional. He is now saved in my phone. I called thinking they could get somebody out next week to check my AC. He apologized he couldn’t get to me that day but promised someone would be here the next day. I reminded him the next day was July 4th, and said I didn’t expect them to come on the 4th, he told me it was too hot to be without air conditioning , someone would be here between 9:30 and 10:00. Got a text the next morning at 9am saying he was on his way. Anthony was early(hard to believe I know)! Very nice and professional! Took care of the job even on a federal holiday, no extra charges!
