Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. This is after hours, mind you. I had two field managers call me within 30 secs. One, Paul, kindly and patiently talked me through turning off the water to my house as I was panicking and then had a technician come out within 30mins. Gary replaced the expansion tank and fixed some of the wrong piping right away. By 9pm, the crisis was over. I owe my piece of mind and new house’s well being to True Plumbing. “I had what I thought was a plumbing issue because of a weird smell, so Ian came over to scope it out. I was able to snag an appointment next day, which I was relieved by, and the minute he walked in and assessed what was going on, he explained that he didn't think the smell was a plumbing issue. He checked the toilet and sink from where I thought the smell was originating, but then suggested we check the crawl space, where I found a massive dead possum - clearly the actual root of my problem. Ian was so helpful despite my problem not even being a plumbing problem at the end of the day! I love M Cary and Daughters and am grateful for their help in all facets of home ownership. We then stayed until 11:30pm to repair the leak and get our water services back on and called the water mitigation team for a quote. I would recommend them for the plumbing repair. We did decide to get multiple quotes the next day for the mitigation phase as the estimate was over $12,000 and I wanted to confirm that the insurance will pay.“
