I’m not sure if I can say enough praises for this company. I was on a very strict budget, and we had a few hiccups in the process and I was struggling to come up with a solution but these people worked with me to find a solution. The owners, the managers, and the ladies who help set up the appointments, everyone of them worked in a very professional and customer service oriented manner to help me. I know I wasn’t the easiest person to work with, but their calmness and kindness is something that I can never repay. The only way I can do that is to recommend their company to anyone that is looking for great service. They will be forever be my go to company for dumpsters. This was our first time renting a dumpster and the experience has been great! The customer service is very friendly. We were given a great rate at a discount. No problems getting the dumpster placed where we needed it. He also hooked us up and gave us a larger dumpster then originally agreed upon. I would highly recommend!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Sam the technician for the exceptional job he did on our AC. He was incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining everything in a way we could easily understand. Sam worked efficiently, and before we knew it, our AC was up and running perfectly again. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend!!!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AC went out Memorial Day weekend. Called Cool-Tech and didn't expect to hear from them until Monday but Michelle called us and said someone would be out the following day. They added freon and installed a new compressor to get our 10+ year old Coleman unit working but it had a leak. They installed a Trane AC and furnace in about 3 1/2 hours just a few days later. We have used Cool-Tech for maintainence for several years and after this experience will definitely continue to use them. You will not find a more caring, confident, customer service oriented HVAC company. Thank you Cool-Tech!

RB Locksmith was called by me at midnight on behalf of my son. He was locking up a store for the night and the lock malfunctioned and the store could not be secured.
