I called this florist to ask what time they closed. The sweet lady who owns the shop informed me that they were already closed. She asked what was I needing that she lived nearby and would be glad to come open for me and fix an arrangement. When I arrived, she had the arrangement almost completed. She is a super sweet lady, kind, friendly, and went above and beyond just to help me buy my daughter some flowers for her birthday. (As my daughter says, it's her 17 anniversary of her 29th birthday.) I will be using this florist from now on.

This florist is the best I have ever used, hands down. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. I had a very detailed request when my kid's dad passed for both the arrangement from me and the one from the children. I have used her before and seen her work many times at various ceremonies, but the arrangement she did from the children was outstanding. She impresses me not only with her work with flowers but with her heart of gold. I highly recommend her.

I just have to give a shout out to Ball Ground Florist. Amanda is the owner and the absolute sweetest lady. I called her at 8:00am (she saw my missed call and called me back before they even opened) to have 3 arrangements sent to my son’s teachers and she had them ready by 11:00 am for delivery. They turned out so adorable. ❤️ I highly recommend her!
