The lady at the front with the orange glasses was AMAZING help with me getting my eyes dilated and picking out some glasses. “I have been looking for an eye care professional/OD for 3 1/2 years. Me and my family were spoiled by an awesome eye doctor in Conyes, Ga for over 35 years. He was simply AWESOME and retired from practice several years ago. Since then, I have tried a couple other eye doctors which were actually rated well. “I found Dr. Holcomb after searching for an optometrist that was near me. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I went to him for an annual eye exam, and he was very informative, kind, and patient with me! He took the time to teach me all the parts of an eye and compared it to my x-rays. Some workers will do it for free, but they will be rude to me only once! The staff was helpful In helping me pick out my lenses, frames, and other options that I wanted on the lenses. The orders came quickly, and the opticians were there to make sure that both pairs of glasses fit correctly. Very pleased with the store, the workers, and how quickly I received my glasses.“

“I took my elderly mother into the Walmart Vision Center in Hiram, Georgia on Wednesday April 23, 2025. We were greeted by a lovely lady, named Robyn. Robyn was so sweet and knowledgable. After seeing the eye doctor, my mother decided that she needed a new pair of glasses. Robyn was very patient with my elderly mom. Robyn took the time to show us several different pairs of glasses. My mom is very indecisive, but Robyn found the perfect pair of glasses for us. The price of the glasses was very reasonable, too. “The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I visited Dr. Bowser. He is awesome!!! Dr. Bowser explained in detail about my eyes, he answered all of my question and didn't try to rush the visit. Now, the actually office needs improvement. You cannot get a human on the phone, you always have to leave a voice mail. The office staff gets a zero stars.“
