Words can not express how I feel and at this point I feel like the staff and I are family : ) I called this past Saturday for my dog Leo to come in with no appointment in an emergency situation. From the moment I walked in, I was met with care, kindness, and professionalism. I was so nervous, and my hands were shaking I couldn't even fill the form out. The nice ladies at the front desk step in and did that for me. The vet, and vet tech (I'm assuming) we're kind and knowledgeable. Words can not express how amazing the staff were to us. I think I'm going to switch my little guy Leo's clinic after this. : )“
