My 9 year old pup had a growth on his back and after consulting with his previous vet, I determined that a second opinion was needed. Apalachee River came highly recommend by two friends of mine, so I called to get an appointment. They were able to get me in same-day with Dr. Hughes. Immediately after meeting with her, I felt at ease. She provided a detailed synopsis of what was going on and scheduled surgery for the next morning to have the growth removed. Between helping my senior dog with an injury and getting our pup up to date on his shot they have been so helpful. My puppy needed to be carried out of the office this last visit he didn't want to leave.
