“I've been working out with Alton for over 5 years and can say he's wholeheartedly changed my life and my body. I don't have knee and back pain anymore, can do 20+ (real!) pushups in a row, and have a much healthier relationship to my body, exercise and food. I've done all the fads like cross fit, orange theory, spinning etc and felt strong but tight with a lot of stiffness. Alton focuses on a lot of lengthening and strengthening exercises that are fun and not intimidating - I have an athletic background and he sufficiently challenges me/kicks my butt...but he also meets each client where they're at. He is super talented, humble, easy to like - the real deal!“
