“A car accident in June of this year that completely totaled my car and left me in severe neck and low back pain. The physicians and staff at Atlanta spine are amazing! They sincerely care about each and every one of their patients and don't treat you like your just another number. Dr. Bhatti, Meetali Bindra, NP, and Charlie Hicks, NP, as well as their support staff are top notch medical professionals that have treated me more like a family member than a patient. I just had a procedure today with Dr. Bhatti and his staff at their ASC in Buckhead that I walked in to the front door to the moment that I left the building was unbelievable, and today the first day and over a month that I have not had pain in my lower back when I woke up from anesthesia I started crying tears of joy because I wasn't in pain anymore and it's all because of Atlanta Spine. “After suffering a brain injury that involved disrupting my mental vision processing center, I was recommended to visit Dr. Serrano for a functional eye exam. At over 5 years out from my original accident and several doctors later, I have undergone a lot of vision testing and diagnoses. Dr. Serrano was friendly, competent and extremely thorough - he spent nearly 3 hours with me and actually uncovered a major eye condition that still had not been detected! I was very impressed. Post appointment dealing with his staff regarding insurance information, billing, and receiving documentation from the day has been quite difficult and non-communicative. I subtracted one star for dealing with those particulars.“

“I love Dr. Melissa, and all of the staff at total wellness solutions. I came in earlier this year with a frozen shoulder injury. I was so excited to see quick results with the laser therapy and the zone treatment. “**NEW REVIEW (January 2022)**The Chamblee clinic was awesome. Dr. Desai and her staff were honest, caring, and accommodating. I did meet a social worker there named Michael and he was AMAZING. He is a wonderful person and thanks to his empathy and support, I healed from something that had been troubling me for years. I only saw him for 6 months because he had to leave, but like I once told him, "You've done more for me in 6 months than my old doctor did in 10 years." Karen, who was my therapist after him, was also amazing. I am so glad I went there. I wish I could have continued, but I had to move away last summer.Everything in my original review still applied while I was there. I'm hoping this clinic is still a wonderful one.**ORIGINAL REVIEW (November 2019)**I've only gone to this clinic for two days, but I like it a lot. The front desk and the therapist, doctor, and nurse were pleasant and easy to talk to. They were also detailed and told me everything I needed to know. I also appreciated that my appointments were right on time. The office looks nice and clean.“

“I was referred to Dr. Agnes Han by one of her former patients who is a friend of mine. Dr. Han performed the usual colonoscopy and noticed gallstones in the gallbladder area. She referred me to Dr. J. Luke at Northside for removal of the gallbladder. She caught it before I even experienced symptoms. She also did a liver scan, because my paternal grandpa died of liver disease, and I want to be careful of that. She is very knowledgeable and has good manner in her treatment of me as her patient. She takes time to answer questions and doesn't rush you through like a cattle-call. I have had no problems with wait times in her office, and her staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I have also had no problems getting them on the phone. I have scheduled the next colonoscopy, and hope I will be just fine in her capable hands.“
