Changing from a bad review to a good one. Seems that Progressive is implementing some changes that created a very good experience for me today during my visit. Hopefully it continues and just gets better. I was warmly greeted and had my vitals checked . Provider Diane spent a good amount of time with me and we discussed all my options and an action plan going forward regarding my health concerns. The one thing I would caution Progressive Medical Center against is not make this practice a huge money making machine and not putting patients first (not saying you are doing this). I have been a patient at Progressive Medical Center for three years. I am alive and well now due to the stellar care that I received from Progressive. I presented to Progressive with a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018. Dr. McDuffie (DNP) provided the utmost in adjuvant therapies to assist me with building my immune system while undergoing chemotherapy. The warm nurturing environment is unrivaled. Ms. Bertie Morris is a class act all by herself! She made sure that not just myself, but all of the patients were comfortable and had what we needed during our treatments. The staff was amazing and welcoming. They are customizing a wellness plan that aligns with my health needs and I couldn't be more pleased. I love all of the treatments offered here and I plan on utilizing as many as I need. So grateful to have found them. ??
