“I usually don't write reviews but I feel the need to write about it due to the fact you don't get such a great services nowadays.The came early in the morning as they promised, they came in very respectfully, covered the entire floor with blankets from the front door to the attic's access and procced to replaced the heavy heavy 37 years old furnace and AC unit I had.They cleaned after themself, took the old equipment and left my place impeccable.I'll highly recommend this company.And the price was good.“

“I'm writing a review 3 months after my Trane system was installed. I'm pretty happy with its performance. It took two weeks to install a complete hvac overhaul for our top floor due to the age of my system and attic conditions, but the PV team made sure everything worked correctly. The price was also fair for the work. (evaporator coil, new ductwork, plenum , 4 ton AC Unit).

Update: I had to call a technician after a lawn guy cut the ac wire behind our downstairs unit with a weed whacker. Jacob C. was able to fix the problem quickly and even pointed out mistakes another ac contractor made. I feel comfortable doing business with them in the future.“

“I was getting bids to replace the 20 year old 5 ton unit at my house. I called all the usual suspects: the contractors pushed by the big box retailers and the contractors who advertise heavily on TV and radio. I was getting outlandish bids and wasting alot of time. I finally found Eddy at Express Heating and Air on Nexdoor. His bid was 45% lower and he saved me $6,000. He also came back and installed a ultraviolet light and ionizer for free! Also, my cat loved him and this cat doesn't like anyone! I highly recommend this company.“

“Our a/c went down right as the hot weather hit this week due to not draining properly. They were able to schedule an appointment within two days. A called with a heads up that they were 30 minutes out which is much appreciated for service appointments.The tech Justin that came was super respectful and cool to talk with.He explained the issue he believed it could be. Walked around and checked a couple things and was correct. Then tweaked a few things and solved it. He was gone within like 45 minutes and left no mess at all. Even though he was in multiple areas of the house. An it’s been working and draining properly since. 10/10 service.“

“I was referred to them by a friend of mine that they had done some recent AC work for. Mike and his team were able to come take a look my AC unit and work on it within a few days. Turns out the AC unit needed to be replaced and he was upfront with me about my options and cost and was ultimately able to work on replacing the whole unit the following weekend (on a Saturday at that!). I had a couple of questions and minor issues after the install and Mike and his team (Kurt-- thanks again!) followed up immediately and came back out and took care of it. So all in all, it was great service at a a reasonable price and I would use them again for any future work I have and would most certainly recommend them to anyone who needed AC work done.“

“I can’t recommend them enough! My AC stopped working over night and I called them the next day. Tracy in the office was incredibly helpful and was able to get a technician scheduled that same day. There were some delays with prior clients that day, but Tracy updated me every few hours to let me know the status of the technician. She even called me after the office had closed and let me know that Anderson was on his way. Anderson was great and immediately diagnosed the problem which was a simple breaker fix. He didn’t have the right sized breaker on his truck but was able to find a similar one to get me through the night until he could replace it with the correct size. My house has been cool and comfortable since.“

“I thought I was smelling mold in my home after it rained. I was referred CES by a friend of mine. I was able to speak with a project manager who walked me through the different possibilities. We scheduled  an appointment for the next day. He came in on time, observed the exterior watershed of my home, he conducted a water map in the areas that I was noticing the mold in. Sure enough the water was coming from the outside when it rained. CES created a French drain system to move to water away from the house in the future. He also dried the area, electrostatic fogged the house and referred a vent cleaning company to sanitize the HVAC system. Overall, I am really impressed with their work and commitment to ensuring a holistic approach to completing a project.“
