O’Callaghan came highly recommended to us from two neighbors. Jordan came by to give us a second opinion on an issue we were having with our ductwork. He was kind and gave us a lot of great information about our situation even though the job wasn’t the right fit for them. I will definitely keep them in mind for future HVAC needs!
Wallace my technician was on time and very thorough. He indicated that I had no Freon leak as I was told by Moncrief a year ago that I did and that I would have to have a my coil replaced due to the leak and that it would be about $5000.
Professionalism and customer service was awesome from the beginning with Kelly on the phone to Scott who provided the service. Knowledgeable, fast and sufficient. I will definitely recommend.
