I recently used Property Action to replace the brick front porch on my 100 year old home in Virginia-Highland, which was in a poor state of disrepair. The floor was terribly sloped, and the foundation was sinking. I had gathered a handful of quotes from other contractors, each of which proposed merely stabilizing the existing structure and making minor cosmetic improvements. I had a very difficult project that they tackled easily and completed promptly all while doing an exceptional job. The work required precision and careful carpentry around mounting an oil painting on specialty tracks over a fireplace. It was definitely an out of the ordinary need that many contractors would be afraid of even attempting. Russell figured out an excellent solution that was extraordinary and the installation was done with amazing care. We could not be more pleased with their intelligence, ease to work with and work ethic combined with the end result. Definitely a job well done by them!

I have worked with Property Action across 3 different projects over a couple of years. Some were in smaller scope, e.g. replacing entire wooden floor for the house and painting, and others were in a bigger scale, e.g. total rehab of 3 beds / 2 baths house. Regardless of the scope of projects, I have been always happy with the quality of the work delivered by Property Action. Estimate is transparent so that I know what I would get from the start.
