“I wish I could give them 6/5 stars. I had two previous mold inspectors come out and leave telling me there was no mold in my apartment even though a urine test came back showing I have mold illness. This company is the first one that actually found the mold. They were SO thorough, looked in all of my vents and behind baseboards, and knew what clues to look for that aren’t obvious (like looking for rust as a sign of past water damage, not just obvious mold).

“I really wanted my carpets dine, and had tried a company that didn't use steam. I was not happy with THAT service. I saw a referral on Nextdoor, and called. They were able to come out the next week. My carpets are soooo much cleaner after steam cleaning! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so lots of dirt comes in the house on their paws, and the pet smell stays in the carpets. Update 12/3: reconstruction is over, and I’m blown away. The crew knocked it out of the park! Tim, Chance, and Raphael could not have been more polite and respectful. Reconstruction took about 3 days, and you couldn’t tell that I had suffered any damage. I was blown away at the quality. And when everything was completed, they cleaned up, and came back the next day to help move some furniture.

I’ve dealt with other companies for water damage mitigation, who have not even come close to the professionalism, promptness, and quality of work, as the team members that have been in my condo have displayed. Everyone has taken their time to talk to me about the plan, and kept me updated as the mitigation progresses. Straight up, a 10/10 experience.“

“I thought I was smelling mold in my home after it rained. I was referred CES by a friend of mine. I was able to speak with a project manager who walked me through the different possibilities. We scheduled  an appointment for the next day. He came in on time, observed the exterior watershed of my home, he conducted a water map in the areas that I was noticing the mold in. Sure enough the water was coming from the outside when it rained. CES created a French drain system to move to water away from the house in the future. He also dried the area, electrostatic fogged the house and referred a vent cleaning company to sanitize the HVAC system. Overall, I am really impressed with their work and commitment to ensuring a holistic approach to completing a project.“
